Delete my account

From the app

1. Open the Settings tab.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Tap Get a code: a 6-digit code is sent to your account’s email address.
4. Enter the code, then tap Delete my account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate. A confirmation email is sent to your address.

Without access to the app

Write to support@notame.app from your account’s email address and ask for your account to be deleted. We process the request within one month at most and confirm it by email.

Data deleted

Deletion is permanent: your account cannot be recovered. It erases:

• your account, your email address and your password;
• your profile and your profile photo;
• the reviews you wrote, with their photos (they no longer count in the averages of the people rated);
• the reviews you received, your rating, its history and your personality profile;
• your likes, your sign-in sessions and your notification tokens.

Data kept temporarily

• Database backups may contain your data for up to 30 days after deletion.
• Messages you sent to support are kept for 1 year after the last exchange.
